Case Details Form - Concepts and Features

The Case Details form has 5 main areas as shown below


1. Case Management

Manage tasks and billing units for the case

2. Correspondence

Send letter and emails

3. RaPId actions

RaPId portal buttons that appear depending on the status of the case

4. Navigation

Allows you to open the available details for the case. Use the scroll buttons on the top and bottom of the Navigation bar to see all the options available. You can expand/minmise a sub-section eg. Client/Defendant using the arrows on the heading)

5. Display Area / Work Area

When an item is clicked from the Navigation area, the details are opened up in the Work Area.
