1. Open the relevant case in cManager and click the View Rapid Docs / Send Note button. This will only be available to cases active within the raPId portal.
2. cManager will contact the Portal and retrieve a list of documents and notes held on the portal. Once done, the following screen will be shown.
3. To Send a Note (Section 1 Above)
Type the note details and click the Send Note button
4. To send a Document (Section 2 Above)
a. Select the file, by clicking the Select File button. This will open the case folder.
b. Provide a description of the document
c. Click the Send File button
